the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was close to the train station and city center. i found that to be convenient. i really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.

The tv in my room did not work. i also noticed strange smells coming from the carpet. the room felt damp and cold to me. some steps on the stairs need to be fixed. The building is very old.

I found the included safe very useful for securing my valuables. The housekeeping staff replenished the coffee and tea supplies daily, which I appreciated. The shower provided consistently hot water, a reliable feature. I liked that they allowed me to check in early at no extra cost.

The towels had a noticeable bleach smell.
